Have A Severe Pain On Lower Right (posterolaterally) Chest Area.

Have a severe pain on lower right (posterolaterally) chest area. Is painful only when I lie on that side or touch there. Feels fuller than same area on the other side. When I press deep over the site, all I can feel is my rib end. Sonogram,CT -unhelpful. CT reported as subcutaneous swelling compatible with bursitis. Can one have bursitis in the rib edge?
