Have Acne On Forehead, White Powder On Scalp, Itching Forehead
hi Doc, I am Serene 32yr ,female from India...i have noticed acne on my forehead ( actually size of grains...numerous) for last 3-4 weeks....recently i checked my scalp which looked clear but on scratching it white powder like came out..dandruff? i have itching ocassionally on my forehead otherthan that my scalp is free , comfortable.... i take everyday headbath...alternate day shampoo with conditioner and also with oil....kindly help meout of this...thank you...

hi dear, the condition with which you are suffering is called seborrheic dermatitis. it is a kind of fungal infection. here are few advices..
use ketoconazole shampoo alternate day
after shampoo use conditioner,
avoid oil.
very small grain like pimples on ur forehead are called comedones, they need to be removed. consult a dermatologist, they can even be removed in a beauty parlour
