Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of scalp acne, itching, hair loss and constipation which occurs when a pore in your skin gets clogged, usually with debris, bacteria and dead skin cells. It could be due to hormonal change during puberty , androgen hormones stimulate more sebum to be produced and a greater amount of skin cells to proliferate. I would suggest you to apply ketoconazole on scalp and do oil massage of scalp to prevent hair loss. You should take more roughage in diet and diet rich in fibers. You should avoid large meals at a time and take frequent small meals. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe proper antibiotic course.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
