Have Adenoids And Excessive Wax In Ears. Suggest A Solution

My daughter is 4yrs old. She has Adenoids. Every month she has excessive wax build up in her ears inspite of using wax softening drops when the doctor tried to clean she had little bleeding along walls of her but thw wax couldnot be completely removed. What is the solution to this problem? When she gets cold ,cough she gets pain in the ear there is wax blockage.

You have to clean her ear regularly.
Take proper local care.
Use wax softener,so you can clean it easily at home.
Start antibiotic,nsaid,decongestant during episode of adenoids under guidance of your pediatrician.
B12,folic acid, and other supplements to improve her general health.
Avoid chocolates,ice creams,cold drinks,cream biscuits and deep fried foods.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
