Hello this is sriram Shankar . Iam almost 6 feet tall and around 68 kgs , iam neither fat nor thin , and iam17 years old. What are all the advantages and disadvantages of me going to gym now. And please tell me how to reduce my tummy and. What are your suggestions for me? And note that I wanna play football. But I must not become lean.
Exercise is recommended for everyone. There are many advantages such as (1) improved heart function- the heart function in persons who are physically active is better than those who are not
(2) it would also assist in the loss of the abdominal fat that you stated that you want to lose
(3)exercise boosts or increases energy levels
(4) it improves mood
(5) it prevents or reduces the chances of developing some diseases such as high blood pressure , high cholesterol and diabetes
(6) it also promotes or helps with sleep
If you use the gym, then you can do weight lifting or other muscle strengthening exercises that would add muscle without reducing your weight.
In addition to the physical activity to lose the stomach fat, you would need to modify your diet. Increase your use of water, decrease the use of sodas and fruit juices, eat more fruits and vegetables, reduce your use of fried or fatty foods
