Have An Itchy Foreskin. Feel Sore, Cleaned With Hand Soap, Now Sore Foreskin, Penis. Have Small White Spots On Penis. Treatment?
Hi, I'm 16 years old & the day before I had a very itchy foreskin, it was quite sore as well. I had it cleaned but I used hand soap to clean the penis head & foreskin and today I woke up seeing that my foreskin and penis is quite sore but also there are many small white pots on my penile head with an unpleasant odor coming from it. What could be the problem?

- possible reaction to the hand soap
- the sweat glands which are normal
- molluscum contagiousum, a viral infection of the skin
- warts
