Have An Ulcer On The Roof Of My Mouth. Took Antibiotics, Almost Vanished. When Stopped, Reappeared. Feel Sinus Pressure. Treatment?

I have an ulcer on the roof of my mouth whichs bleeds somewhat profusely when I expectorate after brushing my teeth. My dentist thought canker on a blood vessel or the emergence of a bony protrusion . I took antibiotics and it appeared to be almost gone in a week. Stopped the antibiotics, it came back. Prior to its coming back though, I had sinus pressure on my right side and a minor headache. It feels as if my sinus is draining through the roof of my mouth. Once the bleeding started, there was no more pressure. Any ideas?

post nasal drip of sinuses can cause this
bleeding is also sign of sinusitis
and chronic post nasa drip can cuse ulcers in roof of mouth
get xray pns wters view
get treatment according to report
theantibiotics are of no use
metronidazole 200 mg bd is best agent to clear the sinuses take 5-7 days
take anti allergic tab fexofendine 120 mg bd for 3 wk
add antacid gel tds
apply tramsolone mouth paint locally to trat ulcer
apply neomycin ointment in nose bd '
sea water 2 drops at night for log to clear pnd and back of throat
add analgesic sos

Dear friend.

Thanks for sharing your concern.

your present symptoms could be due to sinus infection.please get an x ray (water`s view done).It usually involves the roof of mouth.

Also the present antibiotics needs to be changed.

After clinical evaluation and radiographs exact diagnosis can be made.
