Have Anorexia Along With Body Weakness, Weight Loss And Fever. What Does Chest X-ray And Ultrasound Finding Mean?
can you help me to diagnose, Chief complain of anorexia accompanied by generalized body weakness and weight loss and fever (moderate grade)
chest xray shows reticular hazy densities on the left perihilar and paracardiac areas and on ultra sound noted was benign prostatic hypertrophy but the PSA was normal

i will suggest that only by Chest-XRAY we can not Diagnose the case.The symptoms and X- ray shows that you might have tuberculosis. But Further evaluation and correct diagnosis you go for further blood test, sputum test, and biopsy of any enlarged lu
