Have Anxiety Attacks. Chest Pain, Jaw And Wrist Pain, Heart Burn. Stress Test Normal. Help
im a 24 year old women im not that healthy or fit but trying to change that I do suffer with anxiety attack and is scarying me I get chest pains around my waist pains in my jaw and shoulders and recently heart burn I went for a stress test about 6 months ago and every thing was fine so I m really freaking out im so scared of dieting and leaving my kids please help

Thanks for your query. Your episodic anxiety attacks point towards panic disorder patrticularly in light of a normal stress test. I would suggest that you undergo a psychiatric evaluation to assess your anxiety symptoms. The treatment consists of:
1. Anti-anxiety agents like SSRIs
2. Psychotherapy techniques like CBT/Cognitive behavioural therapy.
Yoga, meditation and breathing relaxation exercises are also recommended in this case. Wish you good health.
