Have Anxiety, Had Beer, Abnormal Hangover Symptoms, Quit Cigarette Smoking
I have severe anxiety I think. And it is related to withdrawal from cigarettes. It's even worse today because I had some beer last night. But I don't feel normal hangover symptoms. I feel just terrible but not dehydrated or with a headache. My condition has worsened during today. Over a span of 10 hours since I woke up. I am unable to even go to the toilet or to shower. It's that bad
Cigarette consists of tobacco. In tobacco main alkaloid is nicotine. Nicotine causes physical and psychological dependence. When abruptly stopped it may cause withdrawal syndrome having symptoms like restlessness, anxiety, irritability, mood swings, headache, body aches etc. I would advise you to consult a Psychiatrist for expert opinion. Medicines like Nicorex which contains nicotine in gum form are given to replace deficient nicotine. Buporpion is given to reduce craving for tobacco. So if symptoms persist visit a Psychiatrist.
Thanks
