Have Bacterial Vaginosis, Yellowish-greenish Discharge Occasionally. Remedy?

I believe I have a bacterial vaginosis and don t have insurance to go to the doctor . My sysmtoms are not too bad, but I would like to know what I can do with diet or over the counter remedies to help. I feel fine, just have yellowish-greenish discharge occationally. I have reduced the amount of sugar I intake and that helps but what can I eat to get the good bacteria back? Gb

Hello ma'am and welcome.

The treatment for baterial vaginosis is antibiotic coverage and other symptomatic treatment. Antibiotics are not available over the counter which is why it is best you visit a doctor. But if you still do not wish to do so then you might have to wait for a long time if you wish your bodu to fight the infection by itself. This is unsure and not dependable.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
