Have Been On Acitrom 3 From Past 6-7 Years. Before

Have been on Acitrom 3 from past 6-7 years. Before that was on wayfarin for 6-9 months. After 2015, due to troubled breathing and hospitalization, it was discovered that the clot had moved in the lungs and caused breathlessness. Since then was switched to acitrom. It started with a month or two of 1mg and 2mg alternate and then was advised to continue with Acitrom 3 mg. The DVT was provocative due to prolonged train journey in 2005. Initially, was hospitalised for 45 days when the left leg was swollen and had clots in the upper thigh region. Eventually it subsided and my medication was discontinued after 6 months. The next such appearance ( but less severe) occurred in 2011, was hospitalised for 5 days and was alright at the end of it. Was advised warfarin after that for few months. DVT mostly affected my left leg and the occurance was not frequent but did appear at times with a little swelling. In 2014 suffered with superficial phlebiosis in the right leg and was given a blood thinning course of 3 injections for 3 days and asked to take warfarin due to history of DVT. The warfarin was taken in the evening at a specific time. Continued warfarin for 6 months. In 2015, had a sudden breathing problem while on work and was asked to get admitted immediately after running few tests. The doctors administered some high intensity shot of 10 mg of some injection which was expensive as well as lethal if not administered under right conditions. We filed a case against the hospital for being careless about the treatment. Further was shifted to another hospital where the treatment continued for 2 days and was completely fine. The total duration in both hospitals was 3 days. After that episode, I was advised to start with Acitrom 1 and 2 for alternate days for a months time and the was moved to 3 mg for a lifetime. Should I continue with acitrom? There has been no episode similar to that since then and even the swelling bouts have nit occurred in a long time since then. Rest all vitals have been under control. Kindly suggest.
