Have Been Very Dizzy, Stomach Tightens And Makes Noises. Not Pregnant. What Else Could It Be?

Hie. I have been very dizzy for the past two days. I am not pregnant and my sugar levels are good. I will be 42 years old in August. I have missed my period for the past two months. Last year I did miss a period here and there maybe twice. My stomach has a tightening feeling and makes noises. I had a BM yesterday and I go on a regular basis. I get a little head-ache (tightening) every now and then. Overall, I have always been a healthy person. What might be going on?

Hello,

For the delayed periods, check your urine for pregnancy test. It is also important to get serum HCG test (blood pregnancy test) done which is more specific than urine for pregnancy test.

There could be various reasons for dizziness and needs to be evaluated. The most common causes are Hypotension, Anemia, Dehydration and Hypoglycemia.

Hope it helps.

Regards.
