Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi there, thanks for asking. In 90 percent of the cases, improvement is almost complete. The most useful thing you can do is to do physiotherapy with your face muscles. It is easy to do and you can spend some minutes in the morning, evening or both to do. You can do it in front of the mirror. The other things that could be useful are just general things about health that can also be useful for every healing process, like a good sleep, a good diet, etc. I wish you gain the power to control your facial muscles soon.
