Have Black Patch On The Nose. After Applying Momate Cream, My Skin Has Become Very Fair. Can I Continue Using It?
Dear doctor,
six years back , i was having black patch on the nose and side skin of the two eyes...they were too black like a skin after slight burn kind of,( it might have become because of excess apply of relon to my nose 20 yrs back) and after applying this momate cream i have become too fair looking and every body is asking me to become actor...every day night i apply momate ointment to my face and washing in the mornings and skin glows like any thing,,,,,can i continue to apply it for a long time that is my querry

Momate cream contains mometasone which is a potent steroid.Prolong use of such potent steroid over face can cause serious side effects.It can cause reddish or black discoloration or stria /stretch marks on face.It should not be applied for longer duration.
Visit a qualified dermatologist for proper treatment for improving complexion.
