Have Black Spots In Arms, Cough, Chest Hurts. Taking Antibiotics. Side Effects?

Hi,
I was in the sun just few minutes ago went to the restroom and I noticed some black spots in my upper arms, my right arm more than my left. and my right arm hurt a little, before my right chest was hurting bad too but I dont know if its because I have a bad cough and I'm on atibiotics. I normally live by the beach and I never had this reaction to the soon before, could it be a side effect of antibiotics? please help me!

Hi
The black spots can be due to reaction to antibiotics.They will be subsided gradually.Sometimes,corticosteroid/antihistamine tablet has to be taken.
IT can also be due to sunlight.
If the lesions are still persisting after few days,please consult a Dermatologist and confirm the diagnosis.
