Hi my name is Julie Sproul I am 37 years old I am for Brantford Ontario Canada and do have a bladder problem and I am seeing Doctor Leung in Brantford Ontario he gave me some pills that sort of help in a way but they are not strong enough they are OXBUTYNIN 5mg and I do not have another appointment with him yet and I have a burning sensation when I pee and I was wondering should I ask him for a stronger dosage or should I ask him for amoxcillin?. my email is YYYY@YYYY Thank You Julie Sproul
Oxybutynin is used to treat symptoms of overactive bladder, however it is known to cause symptoms of burning urination in some patients. Stop using this medication and call your doctor if you have serious side effects such as hot and dry skin, extreme thirst, severe stomach pain or constipation, pain or burning when you urinate, or if you stop urinating. You need to consult with your doctor and request for review of medication.
Hope this helps
