Have Bloating, Puffy Leg Ankles, Weight Gain, Headaches. Taking Diltizam. Got Angina. Discontinued Cardizam

Hi I am on Diltizam before that it was Cardizam which has been dis continued. Since I have been on this product made by a different company I have all of these simptons, bloating,puffy legs ankles arms,weight gain,lightheaded , headaches, drymouth, cough, and more. I am on this medication for angina. Ido regular excerise every day and quiet fit for my age.

Diltiazem is known to cause these side effects but whether cardizem or diltiazem the drug remains the same.
You can change to a drug like metoprolol or atenolol and that will have the same effect with less side effects
Or you can also start tablet angizem SR or other nitrates
