Have Blood Pressure Issues. On Amlodipine Besylate, Carvedilol, Hydrochlorothiazide And Rosuvastatin. Why Is There Chest Discomfort?

I am on Amlodipine Besylate 10 mg once daily, Carvedilol 12.5 mg. twice daily ,Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg. once daily for blood pressure, and Rosuvastatin Ca 20mg once daily for cholesterol, my resting heart rate is 50to 55, even during exertion i have trouble getting my heart rate over 85 beats per minute, could this becaused from my meds ?

Also I will have chest discomfort during exertion . At one time a Dr. had me taking 400mg. of Meteprolol daily ( sorry I did not realize you charged for your answers)

Hi,
Yes the bradycardia you are experiencing may be related with the effect of beta blockers (carvedilol).
However if you tolerate well this (no fatigue, faint ect.) than you can continue with this dose of carvedilol.
Otherwise you should decrease the dose of carvedilol to 6.25mg twice daily.
