Have Breast Cysts, Benign Lymph Node Removed, Dark Brown Discharge From The Nipple. Matter Of Concern?
I was examining my breast and pushing near tje nipple . A black/brown discharge came out. Should I be concerned? I am currently dealing with palpatations and some chest pressure issues. I have had a heart cath and my arteries are clear. I am prone to breast cysts and have had a lymph node removed years ago - Benign. Coud any of this be related?
Hi, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das,
You did not mention your age. It is important.
According to your history it can be said that you may have fibrocystic breast disease.
I suggest you to do a cytology test of the nipple discharge by scrapping.
And do a mammography, if required US guided FNAC may be done. Review with report.
