Have Breast Lump. Scan Shows Irregular Hard Mass. Worried

Hello. I am 25 yrs old and I found a breast lump while doing a self exam. I dont have insurance at the moment but i am working on it. I did some research and found a Scan can around my area and they only perfomed a breast exam. My results came in the mail which read i had a irregular hard .8cm mass. They want me to go for a mamo soon. I am worried behind belief..... Are these findings always bad?

I am sorry about this breast mass.

It is always a concerning finding until totally sorted out because. breast mass causes so much anxiety in affected individuals.

These findings are not always bad but until proven so, take them serious, Follow through and get the appropriate evaluation and management. Please, meet and plan further with your OBGYN.

I know finances are hard to come by, but please, do not let this stop you from pursuing the follow up. You may want to check and see is there are any resources in your community that can be used to assist you, too.

I wish you all the best as you continue to address this breast mass.
Hope it turns out to be the least worrisome.
Whatever the case, we a step closer to providing better management than yesterday.
