Have Bright Yellow Urine,cramps And White Discharge. Period Is Late. Pregnancy Test Negative. Suggestions?

Bright yellow urine, cloudy white vaginal discharge . I m one day late on my period, which isn t a usual thing. I have stomach pains ( cramps ), and I ve been really tired lately. I took a pregnancy test , and it came up negative. I ve been taking vitamins lately, but nothing my Doctor didn t prescribe. These things have never happened before to me, what should I do?

hi there, bright yellow urine may be due to the vitamin tablets that you have been taking or may be due to concentration of urine due to decreased water or fluid intake. White vaginal discharge which is asymptomatic and non foul smelling in mild to moderate amount is quite normal, and the stomach ache or cramp can be due to prementural syndrome. There is essentially nothing wrong with you as per your symptoms and I would suggest that you take adequate nutritious diet and plenty of fluids along with minimum 8 hrs of sleep per night and you will feel much better. Take care.
