Hi,
Bursitis is apainful condition. your shoulder joint being affected, the lower part of joint being attached to rib cage, that gives pain while breathing.
I am sorry to listen about your painful breathing. The anti inflamatory drugs you are already taking. Please consult your treating Dr. for change in medicine.
Rest to the part, avoiding painful movements other than respiration, application of cold pack immediately after injury should be followed.
Physical therapy, which includes some exercises ,splints can be tried.
Surgery can be thought of with an experts advice.
Wish you all the best
thank you.
