Have Burning Smell From Nose. Recommended Sinus Flush. What Is That? Taking Decongestant And Antihistimine. Safe?

I have a burning smell coming from my nose- I just read someone else here said to try a "sinus flush"-What is that & how do you do it. Are there any other remedies I can try as I have no health Ins. Also my cheeks are hurting. Already taking decongestant, Antihistimine & some thing for headache. Its been hot, humid & rainy for almost 2 weeks since this started. Help please.Thank you.
