Have Carpal Tunnel In Hand, Popping Sensation In Fingers. What Is This?

I have slight carpal tunnel in my left hand, but lately I have had a different sensation in my fingers. I get a popping when I do something strenuous, which could be as little as carrying a gallon of milk..just using the muscles in that hand. Now, the tip of my index finger has started feeling tight and hurting too? What is this.

Hello,

There is entrapment of both nerve and the tendon due to carpal tunnel syndrome.
Never entrapment causes tingling sensation.
Tendon entrapment causes restriction of movement.
You may need a surgical producer to release the entrapment.
