Have Cerviocobrachialgie With Paresthesies On Fingers. Given Lyraca And Hydromorphine But Still In Pain. Cause?

Hi! I have severe case of cerviocobrachialgie left side with paresthésies of left index finger and thumb
MY doctor says cant do anything about it besides giving me lyraca and hydromorphine and live withe pain but pain is chronique what can I do and would like second opinion MRI has been done and also several other abnormalities in the neck like crushed discs putting pressure on spinal corde and dural bag compression cervical discs c4 to c7 with out lyraca and hydromorphine pain cronique please help because this pain will make me jump off a roof can not live with this pain please help me

THEDISEASE IS NOT CURED BY MEDICINES AS THE MEDICINES CAN CONTROL ONLY BUT NOT TREAT
IF PHYSIOTHERAPY IS ALSO POSSIBILITY OF DECREASING THE SYMPTOMPS AND CERVICAL COLLAR CAN DO SOMETHING ALL CAN BE TRIED
THE LAST POSSIBILITY IS CORRECTIVE SURGERY BY CONSULTING NEUROSURGEON AS THEY CAN DEREASE PRESSURE BY DOING ENDOSCOPIC DISC SURGERY
