Have Chest Pain. Pains From Arm To Shoulder. Have Anxiety. What Is It?

hey i am 24 years old and my chest has been hurting me for a couple of months its just like an uncomfortable pain. my arm and up to my shoulder aches too kind of like a arthritis pain. i work at a nursing home as a nurse aid so i dont know if maybe i have pulled something or there is something serious with my heart. i do have anxiety and i have had a ekg and it was good but i dont know how well an ekg would show something.

Hello,

History of 2 months of anterior chest and arm pain is most unlikely to be from cardiac causes.
ECG shows the electrical abnormality of the heart. If you're still doubtful than go for an Echocardiogram.
This pain is mainly to do with musculoskeletal system.
Take an X ray of your shoulder and consult and orthopedician.
