Have Chest Pain And Pain In The Ribs. Had A Biopsy Earlier. No Medication Till Now. What Should Be Done?

i have rib/sternal pain w/pressure/bending/deeper breaths. I also had abn bilat mammos/biopsy. Thaso showed focal abnormal cells but no Ca. Should I be concerned or wait to see if pain goes away.? LAST THURS EVE I HAD CHEST PAIN for hrs. Today I had bld works/ekg w/a.m. pain again IN URGENT CARE CENTER AFRAID i WAS HAVING A HEART ATTACK.

Welcome to Health Care Magic

     Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). However, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT). If it is normal, nothing to do – except to repeat annually. If in doubt, further work up is done..
     CT chest may be necessary to assess lungs, rib, spine....
     Over The Counter (OTC) Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAID) / muscle relaxants / anxiolytics will be useful in the meanwhile...
