Have Chest Pain, Back Pain, Abdominal Area Twitching, Had Gallbladder Removed. Have UTI. Taken Tylenol. Suggest?

night I took a Tylenol 3 and ended up in the ER with chest and back pain and it felt like twisting of my upper abdominal area and I recently had my gallbladder taken out 5 weeks ago they told me in er that I have a urinary tract infection and reflux the pains would happen then I would vomit they would go away for like 4 mins then return it was unlike anything I have ever felt and I think it had to do with the tylenol3

Hello,

Paracetamol 3 doses at a time is not advisable.
4 grams of Paracetamol at one time may cause toxicity in humans.
It is hepatotoxic and can cause fulminant hepatitis which may be life threatening.
Paracetamol may also cause gastric irritation and cause gastritis.
