Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

hello sir

im indu i am having backpain for the last 1 year and also chest pain when i consulted a doctor she said that the amount of blood in my body is only6. something so what i should do to increase the level of blood and also give some ways to stop backache and chest pain

Hii.. 6 grams of hemoglobin is on the very lower side. First need to find out the cause of your low hemoglobin, like blood loss during your periods? passing blood in stools? ( or passing black color stools). You said chest pain, check for any gastric/duodenal ulcers and should be treated accordingly.
Also get examined by a nearby doctor for your back pain, most of the time it is mechanical in nature for which you need back strengthening exercises.
