Have Chronic Hemorrhoids And Fissure. On Narcotics. Skin On Butt Is Hard, Itchy With Rashes. Treatment?

Hi....I have chronic hemorrhoids and now a fissure....on narcotics for chronic arthritis pain....have had chronic buttock rash...comes on when hemorrhoids flare...skin on butt is hard and tight....itches...bumpy rash between cheeks...used to clear up with fungus and cortisone creams....not working so well now.....thanks for advice

Hemorrhoids with fissures are mostly related to each other, you have to consult a surgeon and get in treatment for these disorders.
As you stated in your query that you are taking Narcotics for pain of arthritis.

Narcotics causes some sort of constipation indirectly hence aggravate the condition of fissures and hemorrhoids.
First step should be ,treatment of fissures and hemorrhoids.
Hard skin around anus will cure once you get treatment for irritating factors as piles and fissures.
