Have Chronic Skin Disorder, Turning Black In Thighs And Back Region, Itchiness And Dry Skin. Solution?

Doctor, I am 45 years old male, working in office for 10 hours a day. I am suffering from chronic skin disorder . Itching around thighs and the back region with the skin turning dark black and spreading down. Using medicines like fucidine, alfacort, but no relief at all. Also the skin around my testis peels off due to itching and turns white like dry skin. Kindly suggest medication and permanent solution. Reghu

Hi thanks for writing here.You are suffering from fungal infection.Keep area dry and clean.Use loose undergarments.Start using antifungal powder like candid at day time.Stop applying fucidine etc.You need to take oral antifungal drugs and it will be better you consult a dermatologist and take proper treatment from him.Take care.
