Have Circumcised Penis, Small And Spongy Substance In Scrotum. No Pain, Not Connected To Testicles. What Is It?

Am 22yr old witj a cirumcised penis! The problem is I have been having a small spongy round substance in my Scortun! It was nt der befite and was at the lower base if the penis and has descended downwards towards d left testicle! It does nt pain much nor is it connected to the testicles! Can I know what is is?!

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
a small spongy substance in left scrotum.
This is most likely to be engorged lymph vessels .However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination.
