ENT Specialist 's  Response
thanks for your query.

History seems that you could be having chronic rhinosinusitis as indicated by frog in throat i.e. post nasal drip.

It needs to be evaluated by ENT specialist, you need to do CT PNS and Diagnostic nasal endoscopy to find out the cause.

Meanwhile cont. with steroid spray and take anti allergic like Tab Allegra M.

Many thanks, take care.

ENT Specialist Dr. Vaishali Mehta's  Response
Hello,
The nose is richly supplied by blood vessels. Chronic inflammation of nose and sinuses can result in bleeding from the nose. Most of the times bleeding can be controlled by pinching the nose and ice compresses. Bleeding of the nose needs to be further evaluated with a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and other blood parameters. If there is a lumpy feeling in the throat a chronic infection of sinuses has to be ruled out with a CT scan. Please get an evaluation done by your local ENT.

Thanks and Regards
