Have Dandruff, Hair Loss. Used Regaine And Renocia. Have Rashes On Face And Neck. Side Effects?

Hi..Problem is dandruff and hair loss..age is 24...Doctor has advised me to use regaine solution and after 30-40 mins Renocia solution as a treatment for hair loss due to hereditary problem. Using the same for more than 2 weeks..Now dandruff has increased and got rashes all over my face and neck..Is this the side effect of the solution? please advise

yes, its an side effect of the product.. what quantity are you using.. I advise to stop the product for a week and see how it effects the dandruff. and rash . if its still continues go to an dermatologist
