Have Degenerative Disease In Low Back Along The Joint Between Tail Bone And Pelvis Bone. What To Do?

I have degenerative disease in my low back along the joint between my tail bone and pelvis bone is separating, I just noticed the other day that I have bruising/discoloration of my skin around this area. CBC was done and all blood work came back fine. Any ideas?

Age related degenerative arthralgias need modificaions in lifestyles and behaviours, alot of physical therapies and compliance with medicines and perseverance to cope up with this chronic trouble. You need a constant touch with a rheumatologist and do as directed policy
