Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Tehzib Saiyed's Response
Dear sir,
Greetings!! Thank you for posting your query at healthcaremagic.com
As per your symptom it could be sciatica. Sciatica symptoms occur when the large sciatic nerve is irritated.
Here is my advice to you:- Exercise for abdominal muscle and back muscle Use of hot water fermentation Stretching exercise of Hamstring muscle. See a physiotherapist who will suggest you the exercise after assesing you which will improve muscle flexibility, strength and promotes healing. If the pain is still unbareble see a orthopeadician/ Neurologist who would advice you to get an MRI and suggest you further treatment protocol. If you need any further information please revert back to me. I will be happy to assist you.
With best wishes Tehzib Saiyed (PT)
