However these alterations do not last more than a couple of cycles and usually involved a delayed period or abnormal bleeding or change in the quantity of menstrual flow. However, assuming you took the Ipill for an emergency contraception, you need to rule out a pregnancy by doing a rapid urine pregnancy test with early morning urine. If negative, then the delayed period is due to the ipill which you and took. If it is the ipill, management for now will be expectant management unless delay persist for up to two months then shall you see a doctor for probable regularization with oral contraceptives.
