Have Delayed Periods, Spotting Before Periods, Type 1 Diabetes. Never Had Intercourse, Worried Maybe Painfull
Iam a 27 year's old virgin with type 1 diabetes. My periods are 10days late very consecutive months. And I have some spotting before I get my actual periods. 1year back I had the same problem and checked for pcod and my results are normal. I have been married for 1year but never had an intercourse as I am worried since it's painful. Pls help

Diabetes can lead to hormonal imbalance leading to menstrual irregularity.
As you got investigated one year back and as PCOD and diabetes both can present with insulin resistance better to get examined once.
So consult gynecologist and get examined to find out the cause for delayed periods and dyspareunia.
If there is no structural cause using local analgesic and lubricant jelly can help in decreasing the pain during intercourse.
