Have Delayed Periods, Would Pregnancy Be Possible Without Significant Penis Penetration?

I am a 20 year old girl. I am very embarrased to write this, but I am very scared.
On the 28th November, which now is 9 days ago, me and my fiance where experimenting each other. From my hips and down to my legs I was naked, no underwear or anything, but my fiance had his boxers on. Then suddenly his penis was maximum 5 milimetre in my vagina and he was still wearing his boxers when this happened. So my question is: Am I pregnant? I am a virgin and I am actually not sure if he was inside me, but if he was it would have been maximum 5 milimetre and I am almost positive it was less than 5 milimetre.
The day this happened is around the time I should've get my period, but it did not come and 9 days later it still hasen't, so does this mean I am pregnant?
I am so afraid and I keep thinking about this all day, because I am so terrified. Do I need to take a pregnancy test?
Please, I need a quick answer. Am I pregnant?

Are you pregnant - please take a pregnancy test if you have skipped your period !
As such, going by what you describe - you CANNOT be pregnant.
Your male partner had clothes on, and there was no vaginal penetration.
So technically the chances of pregnancy are almost zero.
I am asking you to take a pregnancy test for YOUR reassurance.
Otherwise such exposure will not result in a pregnancy.
It is better to stay protected in future, as you might contract some infections.
