Have Diarrhea, Green And Clear Liquid, Fever. Identified Presence Of Virus

My 4 yo old son has diarrhea that is almost entirely clear liquid, can be green in color or looks like it is spoiled milk. He had a fever for 2.5 days an our doc identified by him o having a virus as that was his only symptom. The fever has been gone since Monday, the diarrhea started yesterday but became worse today. Any ideas?

Hi
Do he took any antibiotics.If he took then it can be an antibiotic induced diarrhea.
Give ORS accordingly. and give zinc supplementation.and also can add a probiotic.
But if the diarrhea is worse better to hospitalise.
