Have Digestive Problem, Gastric Ulcer And Severe Food Sensitivities
It appears that I don't digest fats easily, even good fats, such as olive oil or coconut. I have lumps under d skin on my legs and arms, hips, where fat accumulates the most, I have high cholesterol, even though I eat very health. Poultry, fish veggies and healthy carbohydrates . I weight 137lbs my height is 5'2" I have major digestive problems , gastric ulcers, severe food sensitivities to sweets, dairies, chocolate, nuts, hot chilies, teas and coffee. ( cause migraines ). According to a wholistic practician it is suspected leaky gut, parasites, or what do you think? And what do you recommend me?

hello. I think you need to see a gastroenterologist/GI specialist and an endocrinologist/metabolism specialist for your problem. You also need to consult a nutritionist what is the proper diet for you. You also might need medications called statins that would help bring down your cholesterol which might be prescribed. Are you the only one in your family with the problem? Problems with burning/storing fat/cholesterol can be hereditary unfortunately
