Have Discomfort On Left Side Only At Night When I

Have discomfort on left side only at night when I sleep on left side. Sometime pain is on side, sometime it's on left side of back. Does not occur at all during day or when I'm sitting, standing or lying any position except on my left side during night. Goes away immediately when I move off left side. Also not really painful. Just moderate discomfort
