Have Dribbling After Urination And Problem Maintaining Erection. Could Gardnerella Cause Above Symptoms?
hi my husband is having problems urinating stopping starting dribbling he has also experienced trouble maintaining an erection he has recently admitted to an affair 6 yrs unprotected sex so i got tested i have gardnerella could this have anything o do with the problems hes having could he have an infect causing his symptoms too?
Dribbling the urine after micturition may be either psychological or due to urethritis. As there is no frank pus discharge, it may be NON SPECIFIC URETHRITIS (non gonococcal urethritis). And now , you may think of gardnerella vaginalis. I think, you take him to dermatologist or urologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment. If it is due to anxiety, anxiolytic drugs would be helpful. If there is infection, antibiotic would improve. Erectile dysfunction may be improved by fluoxetin. I hope you got my answer. Thanks.
