Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The ECHO is better interpreted in clinical context, in correlation with examination and others...
You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
There is Pulmonary Hypertension (cause ?) / Leak of all the 4 valves (mild / degenerative?) / Arrhythmia (Holter is needed)
See your doctor - you need more investigations...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
