Can An Online Doctor Help Read Urinalysis Results?

I just got my urinalysis results:Color: yellow. Transparency: hazy. Ph reaction: 6.0. Gravity: H 1.030. Glucose: negative. Protein: +1. Ketones: trace. Nitrites: positive..Leucocytes: +2. Hemoglobin: +3. Bile quali: negative. Urobilinogen quali: trace. Rbc: H 28 / Hpf. Wbc: H 118 /hpf.Epithelial cells: H 5 /hpf. Bacteria: 32 /hpf. Crystals: none seen.Casts: none seen.Can someone help tell me the meaning of the results? Thanks!

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by hazy appearance of urine and presence of WBC,RBC,bacteria etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.

Trace protein in urine is a normal finding.
