Have Eczema On Testicles, Prescribed Clobex Spray. Suggestions?

Hi Doctor. I have recently seen a Derm and since I have eczema the doctor has prescribed me the Clobex spray. The eczema is also on my testicles and so the Derm stated that it is okay to use the spray on that legion. But I just read on the Clobex spray box that you must not apply the spray on your groin ... Can you advise on what I should do?
