Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The cure depends on elimination of the cause
If a cause can be found, de-sensitisation can be tried
It is difficult to find a cause - see an allergy specialist / a battery of tests (RAST) may show.
The common ones are - pollen / mites - dust, carpet / pets / air conditioners / food like peanuts and so on

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

hi there, you seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis as your attending doctor has suggested and it is usually it is seasonal due to certain allergens like pollen grains, grass, dander or plain dust. Early morning rhinistis is usually due to congestion of the nasal mucosa. The treatment is to identify the allergen and try and keep away from them. Allopathic treatment consists of decongestents as tablets or as nasal drops, steroid drops are also helpful. Some centers also geive the treatment of desensetisation wherein they expose you to low dosage of the allergen till your body gets acclimatized to it and stops trigering an allergic response. Aurvedic or homeopathic treatment may also be tried for the same. Take care.
