Have Eye Migraine, Tiredness, Nausea, Itchy Scalp. Help
Had an eye migrane four days ago, couldn t see too well as if someone had taken my picture with flash on. Slept it off and havnt had it since but I have been very tired all day and cannot sleep. Also, very hungry but everytime I eat I feel nauseous . Other then that, my scalp has been extremely itchy for the last week and I ve been irritable, depressed and completely not myself. Help!
It s not unusual to observe fluctuations in patients with migraine. These could be triggered by changes in the psychological state, diet or other stressors. Recent changes in the medications or skipping of medication are important to note.
Hunger and nausea accompanied by tiredness deserve that diabetes be excluded. A fasting blood sugar shall be there advisable. Your blood pressure is important to be controlled too. Scalp pain and eye symptoms, especially when unilateral should suggest evaluation for temporal arteritis. I strongly suggest you consult an internist. Kind regards and hope this helps. Kind regards.
