Have Fever, Cough. Chest X-ray Shows TB. Taking Myrin P. Blood In Cough. What To Do?

My father (age 75) has (99 F) fever for half a month and cough. chest x-ray has been done to which doctor said that you may have tuberculosis and started his treatment from drug Myrin-P but since my father is taking the drug continuously, his fever is getting higher and higher day by day and today i saw blood in his cough and spit. My father told me that it is the second time in a day that he spit blood and normally its sputum. His Health is declining rapidly and the Test that the doctor advised for the confirmation of TB will take 3-4 more days. Kindly advice what to do in this period.
